How do I leave a review for a company?

It is very straight forward, all you need to do is to register by clicking on the "Sign Up" button at the top right hand corner of this page or the home page, and that is it, once you have registered you can leave reviews for rogue traders and businesses!

Will my name be published with the review I submit?

No, your name will never be published. If you wish your name to be seen then you should choose  a "user name" that is the same as your own personal name.

What if I am the owner of a business and I feel that the review given is unjust?

In this case you can leave a reply to the review and ask the reviewer to mark the review as, "dispute resolved". It may well be that you will need to correct any wrong you have caused to the reviewer (if any) and then kindly ask them to mark the review as, "dispute resolved".

How do I as a business correct a situation if I have wronged a reviewer?

As we will never publish the name of a reviewer unless they choose a "user name" the same as their own personal name, you may leave a reply to a review made about your business asking the reviewer to contact you so that you can put matters straight, and then ask them to mark the review as "dispute resolved".

Am I able to leave more than one review at a time?

Yes you may leave as many reviews as you wish.

How will I know if someone has made a reply to my review?

You will receive a notification that a comment has been made to your review. You will be able  to see the comments made on your review from your dashboard as well as from the review page.

Is there a way in which we as a company can let your users know of our services or products?

Yes, your business can be featured at the top of the search results as a "recommended professional" or your business can take advantage of our banner advertising. Please see our "Advertise" page.

I would like to become one of TradeBust's "recommended professionals" how do I do this?

On many of the review pages you will see a "become one of our recommended professionals" link, click on the link and you will be taken to the registration page. The cost for your compnay promotion is just £10 per month.

If I become one of TradeBust's recommended professionals will I be able to select the category where my add will appear?

Absolutely, you will be able to choose any category so that you get the right persons for your buiness! For example, a viewer is searching under "tradesmen" to see if there are any companies that they should steer clear of, they would then be able to view your company profile etc, therefore creating a hot lead for your company!
