Trade Busters.com is a review website run on behalf of consumers and customers that have had a raw deal at the hands rouge traders and businesses, have simply been scammed, or are the victims of company fraud.

Our aim is to shame the companies that are either giving bad customer or after sales service, carrying out poor workmanship, refusing to give our users customer satisfaction/compensation for bad business practices, or just refusing to put matters right.

As we are using the latest technology that is very search engine friendly and have many years of SEO (search engine optimization) experience, once a review has been left the chances are that on many occasions, if a internet user uses a search engine such as Google to search for a particular type of business in a given area, or types in the company name, our reviews on that company will come up higher on the page results than the companies own website, bad news for that company!

The users of this website who wish to make a customer complaint can leave a review, and only after getting a satisfactory outcome, can flag the review as having "been resolved". 

Please, only leave a review if you have had, in your opinion a bad experience, at the hands of a company or organisation. If for example your tradesman was a few minutes late or a store forgot to say thank you, please, DO NOT leave a review for such small matters,or if the company put matters right in the way of an apology or correcting a poor service repair, product etc.......
